Alva Isdal (35) grew up in Western Norway, surrounded by fjords and mountains where the weather taught her the true value of energy: long winters and bright summers. She studied Energy Technology and Communication at NTNU, where she combined technical knowledge with the ability to explain complex systems in simple, human terms.
She lives in Haugesund with her husband Ove (38) and their two children, Sindre (6) and Dorethea (4). Their home is a testbed for smart energy solutions: solar panels, efficient heating, and energy monitoring.
